With no previous “gym” experience, my client Chelsea was ready to make fitness and health a part of her lifestyle. Since starting a regular exercise program, Chelsea has lowered her blood pressure and heart rate, lost weight, burned body fat, increased cardiovascular endurance, increased muscular endurance, increased her energy, and has EVEN elevated her mood (how does it get BETTER if she was already always in a great mood??…IT DID!)
From barely being able to run a couple minutes without becoming too exhausted…to now enduring and accomplishing tough workouts, hiking mountains, biking for miles, and regularly running “Death Hill!”
She has become leaner, stronger, and more FIT! So proud of her hard work and dedication. Her journey continues, and I wish her nothing but the BEST in the future! Great things lie ahead!
